STAT Medical Office Services was founded in 1996 in St. Augustine, FL, and we have been serving our local community ever since. The company remains owned and operated by physician Dr. Tessy Goyenechea-Dieguez. We have grown from a small company to our present size without sacrificing the personal touch we provide to our clients' accounts. We are proud to employ members of our community and never outsource any of our work. We serve clients in the greater St. Augustine area and throughout Florida. 

We offer customized billing and credentialing services to suit the needs of your practice.  We have experience billing for Anesthesia, Pain Management, Pathology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pulmonology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, ENT, and more. Our staff includes two certified coders, experienced billers, provider enrollment & credentialing specialists, and a licensed attorney.
